ORDER ABATING CAUSE
This cause came on to be heard upon the Stipulation of the parties
hereto executed by Liberty Life Insurance Company and its counsel under
date November 13, 1979, St. Lucie Enterprises, Inc., Associated Inns, Inc.,
Escambia Inns of Dothan, Inc., Santa Rosa Inns, Inc., Escambia Inns, Inc.
and Etowah Enterprises, Inc. under date July 12, 1979, Lucille V. Costa
July 30, 1979 and George A. Costa July 26, 1979, and it appearing to the
Court that the mortgage interest of First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
Florida, has been satisfied and said Defendant no longer has any interest
in this cause and that the Court in the Bankruptcy action referred to in
this Court's Order of January 24, 1978, has approved the Stipulation as indicated by
the Orders dated July 31, 1979 and September 19, 1979, and attached hereto
and made a part hereof and the Court having considFred the foregoing
Stipulation and having determined to be in the best interest of all
parties, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the foregoing Stipulation be and the same
is hereby approved and adopted by this Court as its Order and made a part
hereof by reference as if fully set forth in this Order and this cause
shall be abated in accordance with the terms of said Stipulation.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie county, Florida,
this 13th day of November, 1979.
