(Harold M. Coven appearing), attorneys for the Credi-
tors Committee; Cole, Berman & Belsky, attorneys for the re-
ceiver; Jay R. Benenson, attorney for-First National Bank of
I Fort Pierce; on the application by the Debtors, George A. Costa,
~ et al., by order to show cause seeking reconfirma~ion from the
Court of the authority of the Debtors and the receiver to proceed
