entered in the rlorida court in the mortgage-foreclosure
proceedings; and the Court bein satisfied that Libert Life

Insurance Company may, at its option, elect to proceed with the
~ agreements in the absence of such signed documents from the 1

First National Bank cf Fort Piarcr~; and yaod cause appearing;

ORDERED that the application of the Debtors after I
notice to all creditors for reconfirmation by the Court of the

right and authority to proceed with the agreements entered into

with Liberty Life Insurance Company as authorized and approved

by the orders of this Court entered July 31, 1979, be and the

same is hereby granted; and it is further
it ORDERED that Liberty Life Insurance Company may,
at its o~_tion, if it wishes, proceed with t}~e agreements with the
