of the attorneys for the Debtors herein praying for an order
approving and authorizing the Receiver to proceed with and the
appropriate Debtors to execute the Forebearance and Modifica-
tion Agreement, as annexed to said application or in a form
substantially similar thereto, along with such other documents,

instruments, mortgages, security agreements, promissory notes,
~ etc., as may be necessary to accomplish the reinstatement of
~ the mortgage held by Liberty Life Insurance Company, on the
terms set forth in said documents, covering the property pres-
ently known as the Ramada Inn on North Beach in Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida; and it appearing that it would be
'in the best interest of the Debtors, its unsecured creditors,
and secured creditors if said agreements and documents were

executed for the aforesaid purposes; and good cause appearing
for the making of this Order;
