ORDERED, that the proposed transaction with Liberty
Life Insurance Company, as reflected in the Forebearance and
Modification-Agreement and other documents appended to the '
ap lication by the attorneys for the debtors, be and the same is
P
hereby approved and the terms thereof incorporated herein by
reference, and the Receiver and debtors are authorized~to take
such steps as are necessary to complete said transaction; and
it is further
ORDERED, that the Receiver and/or the appropriate
debtors be and they are hereby authorized to execute the Forebear
ance and Modification Agreement and the other instruments,
mortgages, security agreements, promissory notes, and such other

documents as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes thereof,
in the form annexed to the application by debtors' attorneys or
in substantially said form, to effectuate the reinstatement of
the mortgage of Liberty Life Insurance Company~on the motel prop-
' erty on North Beach, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,

subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in said Fore-
bearance and Modification Agreement and said other documents;
and it is further
ORDERED, that following said execution of the documents
and pursuant thereto, the Receiver and the debtors shall not,
inter alia, contest the right of Liberty Life Insurance Company
to proceed with the foreclosure proceedings in the event there
shall hereafter be any default of the mortgage or other instrumen
her
so executed; and it is furt
ORDERED, that the restraints heretofore granted against
Liberty Life Insurance Company with reference to foreclosure ~
