BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared GEORGE A. COSTA, who, being first duly sworn, on
oath deposes and says:
1. His name is George A. Costa and he is President
of Bears Nest, a New Jersey Corporation.
2. He has examined the inventory attached hereto,
and marked Exhibit "A" and is specifically familiar with
" the items listed thereon. Said inventory was made at .his
direction and under his control.
3. He is the owner individually of all items
listed in Exhibit "~A" or referred to therein, with the
exception of any such items that may be currently owned by
Bears Nest.
4. Both his ownership and the ownership of Bears
;vest in the items listed or described in Exhibit "A" is
absolute and free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances,
restrictions, security interests or interests of any other
E kind or nature whatsoever in any other person, firm or
E corporation, except a security interest in Liberty Life
. Insurance Company, subject to a second security interest

in favor of First National Bank of Fort Pierce and a purchase _
money security interest in favor of Ft. Pierce Coca-Cola
Bottling Co.
5. To the extent that Bears Nest is not already
the owner of the items listed or described in Exhibit "A",

6. The Bill of Sale to Bears Nest

delivered concurrently to Bears Nest with this Affidavit
vests complete and absolute title in Bears Nest to all
items listed or described in Exhibit "A" hereto, subject
only to a security interest in Liberty Life Insurance Company,
