Coca-Cola Bottling Co.. Affiant hereby expressly acknowledges
and agrees that, anything hereinabove to the contrary
notwithstanding, Liberty Life Insurance Company has a first
security interest in all of the property described or listed
in Exhibit "A" hereto, excepting the purchase money security `
