BILL OF SASE ABSOLUTE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, GEORGE A.

part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars lawful money of the United States, to be paid by

whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell, transfer, convey and deliver, and by these presents do

goods and chattels: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
AND I do, for its and their successors and assigns,
covenant to and with the said party of the second Hart, its
(except as to items owned by Bears
successors and assigns, that I am the lawful owner%of the said PJest
goods and chattels; that they are free from all encumbrances,
except a Security Interest in Liberty Life Insurance Company,
that I have the full and absolute right and power to sell the
sane aforesaid, and that I will currant and defend the sale of

against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
