COSTA and LUCI LE COSTA, his wife, hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as "Guarantor", and LIBERTY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a South Carolina corporation, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Liberty," WHEREAS, simultaneously with the execution and. delivery of this Guaranty, Bears Nest, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, and Liberty have executed a certain Forebearance i and Modification Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") relating to a mortgage, note and Security ` 't Agreement on property located at the corner of Highway AlA and Royal Palm Way, North Beach, Ft. Pierce, in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; and - _ LV~iEREAS, Liberty would not enter into such Agreement without the execution and delivery by.Guarantor of this j Guaranty and this Guaranty is given for the express purpose # i r of inducing Liberty to enter into said Agreement. ~ ~ NO~V, THEREFORE, know all men by these presents that for and in consideration of the presents, as well as r the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations received by it, Guarantor covenants and agrees with Liberty as follows: 1.
