* ADDENDUM TO SECURITY AGREEMENT (CHATTEL MORTGAGE)
Many of the chattels described in the Schedule attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" are already subject to a perfected security interest in
liberty Life Insurance~Company by virtue of a certain Security Agree-
ment dated November 7, 1973, from St. Lucie Enterprises, Inc. to First
National Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida, assigned to Liberty on September
12, 1974, inasmuch as many of said chattels were transferred to Bears #

Nest subject to said security interest. This Security Agreement is ~
intended to recognize, reaffirm and renew said existing security interest s
and to create a new first security interest in all of those chattels listed
i
or described in Exhibit "A" hereto not subject to a security interest by

virtue of said previous Security Agreement and assignment thereof.
The 1973 Security Agreement was given in conjunction with a loan
transaction secured by a mortgage dated October 19, 1973, and recorded r
i
in O.R. Book 220, Page 1953, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

This Security Agreement is given in conjunction with a Forebearance and
Modification Agreement relating to said original transaction. It is
specifically agreed that a default under the original Note, Mortgage or
Security Agreement, this Security Agreement, or the Forebearance and
Modification Agreement shall constitute a default under all of said
documents.
