WHEREAS, heretofore, on September 25, 1975, St. Lucie -
Enterprises. Inc., a Florida corporation, (and hereafter {
"Lessee")., assigned its entire right, title and interest in and
to a certain Lease bet~een Lessee and Lucille V. Costa (Lessor).
to Bears Nest, a New Jersey Corporation, a copy of which Assign-

ment, with attachments. is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
(Assignment); and
WHEREAS, said Assignment effected a full and complete
transfer and assignment of the interest of Lessee to Bears PJest;
and
WHEREAS, Bears Nest, by virtue of said Assignment, has
been from the date of said Assignment and is presently the Lessee
under said Lease (which Lease is described on the aforesaid
attachrents) ; and
WHEREAS, tine Assignment, as previously executed, was not
in recordable form; and
~ti'IiEREAS, the parties wish to record iri the records of
St. Lucie County, Florida the Assignment; _
`Oti, :I1F:REFORE, for value received, the parties Co said
. Assignment hereby re-execute said Assignment and deliver this
agreement solel}• for the purpose of .recording said Assigncr~ent
ASSIGPIi~;EhT OF LEASL AGREEMENT
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersiF,ned Lessee hereby assigns,
effective as of September 25, 1975, to RL'ARS HEST, a yew Jersey
Corporation, all of Lessee's right, title and interest in and to
that certain. Lase between Lessee and LUCILLI:: V. COSTA, as
Lessor, dated October 25, 1972, a copy of which Lease is attached
hereto .and marked Exhibit "A", which Lease is with regard to the
premises as fellows:
