obstructed use of the Atlantic Ocean water front
khich comprises the East boundary thereof, subject

and governmental agencies to said water front.
It is expressly agreed that this Assignment shall release
and relieve the undersigned, as original Lessee, from any and all
liability under the covenants of the Lease. Lessee hereby war-
rants that said Lease has not been assigned or subleased.
