LESSOR'S CONSEr1T TO ASSIGNMENT '
The Lessor in the above-mentioned Lease hereby consents
to the above Assignment upon the express condition that the
original Lessee shall be and hereby .is released and relieved from
any and all liability far the prompt payment of the rent and the
