LUCIE SEINER COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as "Company") is an inditi?idual owning that certain sewage treatment plant and the real property on which it is situated (hereinafter referred to as "Company's Property"), which real property is legally described as follows: ' - Commencing at the intersection of the North line of Government Lot 2, Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida and the Westerly ri~ht of way line of State Road A-1-A, run thence S 16 27' East along said right of way line a distance of 240 feet to the POINT gF BEGINNING. From the Point of Beginning run S 80 33' Hest a distance of 290 feet to a point; thence run S 16°27' East a distance of 280 feet to a point; thence run S 16 27' East a distance of 130 feet to a point; thence run N 74 04'10" East a distance of 116.-39 feet to a point on the Westerly fight of way line of State Raod A-1-A; thence run N 15 SS'S0" Iv'est along said right of way line 376.40 feet to ~ point; thence continue along said right of way line N 16 27' ?Jest a distance of 63.83 _ feet to the Point of Beginning. The above contains 2.38 acres. IVHEREAS Company is currently a private sewage treatment system, limited to serving certain parcels of property on the \orth Beach of St. Lucie County, Florida, including a particular parcel with a Ramada Inn motel situated thereon, (hereinafter referred to as "Diotel Property") which is legally described as follows: The South S00 feet of Tracts C, D, E, F, and G, of CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, lying in Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 30A F, B, St. Lucie County, Florida, as more fully descirbed in the survey of Surveying Services of Fla., Inc., dated 9/12/72, together with the right to the unobstructed use of the Atlantic Ocean water front which comprises the East boundary thereof, subject to the rights, if any, of the public and all state and governmental agencies to said water front. I~'HEREAS, the Motel Property is currently owned by Lucille V.
