or control of the Motel Property, Liberty Life would suffer
immediate and irreparable harm. In that event, Liberty
Life will be entitled to immediate injunctive and/or
declaratory relief, in addition to any other rights or
remedies to which it may be lawfully entitled. This
immediate right of relief, shall not be available to
Liberty Life if such interruption is caused by an Act of
God or other matter not under the control of the Company'
and/or George A. Costa.
7. This Service Agreement shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and shall
be enforcealbe by Liberty Life at law or in equity.
8. George A. Costa hereby agrees to the terms,
covenants and conditions of this Agreement.
9. This Service Agreement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, administrators
aiid assigns of Company, George A. Costa and Liberty Life.
