6. It is understood and agreed that life insurance on
GEORGE~A. COSTA, provided to LIBERTY as additional security, shall
remain in full force and effect so long as any indebtedness upon
the original mortgage or as modified in the Forebearance and

codification Agreement shall be outstanding.
