upon their oath, deposes and says
1. That George A. Casty is the sole stockholder of

corporation and has been such since its inception and continuos
to be same at the present date and will continue in such capacity
for a period through the calendar year 1979.
3. That Esther Kearney is the secretary of said cor-

be same at the present data and will continue in such capacity

of encumbrency for the purposes of assuring liberty life Insurance
Company that the attiants herein are the sole stockholders,
