ADDENDUM TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Lucille V. Costa and George A. Costa have entered into a -
Sewer Service Agreement for the benefit of Liberty Life Insurance
Company; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to more fully clarify said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed:
1. That "other commercial users" as contemplated in said Agreement
shall mean other, similar motel operations and if no such operations are
located on the North Beach of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, then
the parties shall look to such operations in St. Lucie, Martin, Indian
River and Okeechobee Counties, Florida.
2. The necessary type and quality of sewer service contemplated~in
the Agreement is predicated upon the current condition, size and
facilities of the motel and current demands placed upon the sewer system. T

3. The covenant of uninterrupted service shall not be applicable
to interruption caused by mechanical or other conditions affecting sub-
stantially all users of the system, but if there is-such interruption
best efforts will be used to restore same.
4. Compliance with all necessary governmental rules and regulations
by St. Lucie Sewer Company shall be satisfied so long as it uses its best j
efforts to do so and the effect of lack of such compliance, if any, does
not just solely affect Liberty Life Insurance Company or its successors;
• and if any repairs, alterations, additions, change in location or other

capital expenditures are required by any governmental agency and whicfi are

Insurance Company or its successors shall pay their proportionate share.
