THIS INDENTURE, Made this 25th day of September, A.D., 1979.
BETWEEN Jason M. Goldman and Louise Goldman, husband and

second party, WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, -
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, and other
good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey
