THIS INDENTURE, made this 1st day of November, 1979,
between FRED SOLES and ALICE M. SOLES, formerly husband
and wife, parties of the first part and FRED SOLES, divorced
and unremarried, party of the second part, whose mailing ~
address is 1332 Holly Point Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia
23454. '
WITNESSTH: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, .bargained and sold to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land situate, lying and being in City
