the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Joseph R. Taylor and
Ruth M. Taylor, his wife
dated December 22 19 77 ,and recorded
in the public records of St LUCie County, Florida, in 0 R~ Book 279 on page
1105 , securinet the payment of the sum of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100--------------•---

covering property in the County of St Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtet;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
