States of America, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by
MARCO MATTESSICH AND GISELLA MATTESSIGH, his wife
to FIDELTY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF WEST Pt1LM BEACH,
bearing date the 20th day of March A. D. 19 78 ,recorded in Official Record
Book 284 ,page 716 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, securing one certain note in the principal sum of X28,800.00
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage, upon the property situate in said
State and County which property is more particularly described in said mortgage, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage t and any additional
advances secured thereby 1, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk
of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
