FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of ~V ,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject-matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon a:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MAR~iIAGE. The marriage between DOROTHY
F. COLE and JOHN Q. COLE, be and the same is hereby dissolved,

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
{
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
j 2. CUSTODY. Custody of REGINA A. COLE, JEFFREY S. COLE
and LAURA R. COLE, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to DOROTHY F. COLE, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to JOHN Q. COLE.
3. CHILD SUPPORT, PP.OPERTY AND ALIMONY. The Separation
Agreement admitted into evidence is incoruorated herein by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
