This cause came on for trial the 13th day of November, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between RAYFIELD YOUNG
and BERTHA LEE WASHINGTON YOUNG be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are herby forever freed from the bonds of
i
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
s
i therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: That there is no real or personal property to be
~ divided.
3. SEPARATION AGREEMENT: That the Separation Agreement dated
~ July 20, 1979 be and the same is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof providing therein, inter alia, that BERTHA LEE WASHINGTON
~ YOUNG be restored to her former name of BERTHA LEE WASHINGTON.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, ST. Lucie County,
Florida, this the ~ day of November, A. 1979.
