TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
cause came before the Court in Chambers on November
1979, upon sworn Petition by the Petitioner for an ex
parte restraining order against the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE to restrain the bank from permitting the Respondent FLORENCE
C. GIANOLA from cashing in Certificate No. 5078 issued from said
bank, during the pendency of these proceedings, and the Court having
reviewed the Petition and being otherwise fully advised in the pre-
, miser, it is hereby,
ORDERED that during the pendency of these proceedings, the

~ FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE shall freeze the proceeds of
i
Certificate No. 5078, Account No. 1400-1, so as~to not permit the
{ cashing in or transfer of said.Certificate by any person or entity.
Any interest earned on the Certificate from the date of this Order
shall be paid as it becomes due into the Registry of the Circuit
~ Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida .

Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 shall be deposited in the
Registry of the Circuit Court to effect the provisions of this
Order.
