ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come befcre the Court on an ex parte
basis on the Stipulation by and between all parties and the Court
having been fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the garnishee, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, shall
pay to the Trust Account of Osborne Walker O'Uuinn, Esquire, all funds
on deposit in the account of BEATRICE HARRIELL DAVIS in the amount of
$373.69, forthwith.
2. The Writs of Garnishment issued prior to the date of
this Order are hereby set aside and of no further force and affect.
{ 3. The Sun Bank of St. Lucie County shall be and it is

hereby released of any and all liability and responsibility in this
case upon payment of the amount set forth above.
