ment contingent upon this Court approving same.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that this Court enter
an Order approving the relief requested herein and further
allowing the Plaintiff to withdraw the original note, mortgage
and Assignment of Mortgage from the Court file and substitute
therefor duplicate copies of same.

THIS CAUSE Having come to be heard before this
Court on the foregoing Motion of the Plaintiff and the
Court having considered same, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court's Summary Final Judgment In Foreclosure
entered herein on October 4, 1979, is hereby vacated and set
aside.
2. The foreclosure sale held by the Clerk of

f Plaintiff was the highest bidder is hereby vacated and

set aside.
3. The promissory note and mortgage which were
the basis for this action are hereby reinstated with full
