THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court, upon
the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the
parties having stipulated and agreed that the cause shall
proceed thereon, and the Court having heard the testimony,
finds as follows:
(1) The Petitioner, BERNADINE BALDV7IN, has been
a resident of the State of Florida for more than six (6)
months prior to the filing of the Petition herein.
(2) The Marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken.
(3) .The parties have entered into a stipulation

pertaining to the custody of the minor child, visitation

E rights of the Husband, and Attorneys' Fees and costs of the

Wife.
LVHEREFORE, it is
ORDERED.AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. The marriage between ROBERT L. BALDWIN, JR. and
BERNADINE G. BALDWIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, the
parties and each of them are hereby free from the bonds of

f matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
