WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budg(
assessments within the Pine Hollow Street Lighting District.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners 3fSt. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 18th day of September, 2001, pursuant to Section 1 29.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001, and the ~,ounty's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
