ORDER
This cause came on for hearing ex parte upon the Petitioner's
Motion to have custody of the minor child herein, RONALD L. COLE,
II, placed in the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services
of .the State of Florida pending the outcome of the Petition filed
herein, and the Court having examined the Petition for Writ of
Habeas Corpus filed by RONALD COLE, the natural father of the
minor child, under oath, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, hereby,
ORDERS AND ADJUDGCS that KIMBERLY COLE, the F:espondent herein
and the natural mother of RONALD L. COLE, II, shall immediately
turn over the care, custody and control of the minor child to an
authorized representative of the Department of Health and Reha-
bilitative Services of the State of Florida, and that the Depart- -
went of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida
is hereby ordered to keep the care, custody and control of said
~ child pending further order of this Court.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
