Having considered and conferred, the fudges decide~as
follows:-
In this case, Mrs. Ben~awan Ekchiwanond, the applicant,
tildd a motion with the court who was requested to make inquiry and-pass
an order to appoint the applicant as administratrlx (no will) of Mrs Manat
Ekchiwanond (Mr.Max Eschke), the deceased, who is her husband.

making fnq dry of the case was fixed. However, there was a motion filed
~ by Master Apisidh Ekchiwanond* represented by Mrs. Maliwan Sukborisudhi,
his mother acting as legal representative, objecting that the objector was
son of Mr.Manat Ekchiwanond born with Mrs. Maliwan Sukborisudhi and that
~ due to such objection the court should not appoint Mrs. Ben~awan
Ekchiwancnd, the applicant, as administratrix of Mr. Manat Ekchiwanond's estate
alone but should appoint Mrs. Maliwan Sukborisudhi, mother of the objector,
as point-ad~inistratrix with the applicant to administrate the estate.
Finally. a compromise agreement was reached between the objector and the
applicant whereby the objector was no longer interested in making such
objection and then withdrew the motion. Apart from this, no further
objection on the matter was made by others. The court then conducted
inquiry of the case as requested by the applicant aforesaid.

In the course of inquiry, it was supported-by the applicant's
evidence that the applicant 1s legal wlfe~of Mr. Manat Ekchiwanond, the
deceased, their marriage was registered at Registration Office of Khet Bangrak,
Bangkok, since B.E. 2499 as per the Marriage Certificate, Mark R.l, submitted
to court by the applicant; that during their marriage, Mr. Manat, the deceased,
used his name as "Max Eschke" but later on the deceased's name .and surname
were changed on three occasions until finally named "Manat Ekchiwanond" as per
