/ t Certificates for the change of name and surname issued by Local Registrar
of Khet Bangrak, Bangkok, Mark R.2, R.3 and R.4 respectively, submitted
to court by the applicant; and ,that after their marriage, they cohabited
as husband and wife co~t~feUally until six children were born of them, who
were fr the time-being minors, as per the List of Heirs attached to the
mot#on. Mark 2, whereas parents of Mr. Manat, the deceased, had passed
away before filing this motion by the applicant, i:e. father died before
Mr. Manat, the deceased, whereas mother died after the death of Mr. Masat.
Mr. Manat Ekchiwanond, husband of the applicant, died on
23rd July 1976 on account of heart attack at the house where the deceased
lived with the applicant, as. per copy of the Death Certificate, Mark R.S.
Before his death, Mr. Manat neither executed any will bequeathing property
to anybody nor appointed anybody to administrate his estate estimated at
about 3 million Baht which mostly consisting of cash deposited in bank - `
as per the List of Property attached to the motion, Mark 4. The applicant
used to contact the authority for obtaining cash for making distribution
. among heirs b~~t such request was turned down by the authority unless court's
order appointing her as the administratrix was first obtained. Oue to
such reason, the applicant then submitted her motion for obtaining court's
order as tforesai d. {
The applicant is a person of good conduct suitable to be
appointed as administratrix. The applicant is not prohibited by law to
act as an administratrix of the estate. On top of that, every heir consented
~r to the applicant's motion so filed with the court and lastly there be no
objection filed by others.
Basing on the above, the court hereby passed its order
to appoint Mrs. Ben3awan Ekchiwanond (the widow), the applicant, to administrate
the estate of Mr. Manat Ekchiwanond (or Mr. Max Eschke), the deceased, who is
husband of the applicant so requested and the applicant shall be vested with
~ full authority and duty as provided by law.
