DEED •
THIS DEED made this day of Mav , 1979
by Mrs. Benjawan Ekchiwanond, in ividually and as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Max Eschke, and also as Guardian
of the person of Sayamon Ekchiwanond, Monruedee Ekchiwanond,
. Buranin Ekchiwanond and Vidsawaed Ekchiwanond, all of the minor
heirs of Max Eschke, deceased, along with Bodin Ekchiwanond and
Alisa Ekchiwanond, together constituting all of the heirs of i
Max Eschke, deceased, hereinafter called the Grantors to '
Adelhed I'eldhorst whose address is No. 90 Surisak Road, Bangkok,
Thailand, hereinafter called the Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten and no/100 Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee all 9
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: f
Lots 12 and 13, Block 746, of PORT
ST. LUCIE, Section 18, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, subject
to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements
of record, zoning and other regulatory ordinances and real estate ~
taxes.
