- - MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
'T'HIS AGREEMENT, made this ~ day of November, 1979, by

and between DALE V. COLEAN and MARLENE M. COLEAN, his wife, '

hereinafter referred to ws "Mortyagors" and SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with its princi- ~
pal place of business at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, {
Florida, 33450, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgages".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS on the 14th day of August, 1979, Mortgagors
borrowed the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from
~fortyagee and executed and delivered to Mortgagee their
promissory note for said amount payable in consecutive

monthly installments of Six Hundred Nine Dollars and 14/100
($609.14) each commencing on November 1, 1979 until October ~
1, 1999 whereupon the entire unpaid balance of principal and ~
accrued interest shall become due and payable; and

j Sixty Thousand Dollar ($60,000.00) promissory note is secured
~ by a first mortgage given by Mortgagor to Mortyagee on cer-
r tain lands in-St.-Lucie County, Florida, more particularly ~
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 15, Block 4, Section 12, Township 37
South, Range 40 East of ST. LUCIE GAHUENS as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 35, Public Records of St. Lucie i
County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
~ Com,nencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 15, ~
{ thence South along the East line of said Lot 15 for a
- distance of 240 feet to the point of beginning, thence
Westerly to a point on the East right-of-way of U. S.
Highway No 1, said point being 300 feet South (as '
measured along East right-of-way) of the intersection of
the North line of said Lot 15, and -the East right-of-way
s of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence Northwesterly along said (
k East right-of-way for a distance of 100 feet, thence
s Easterly to a point on the East line of said Lot 15, ~
a _ said Point being 145.62 feet South of the Northeast i
corner of said Lot 15, thence South along the East line
of said Lot 15, for a distance of _94.38 feet to the
point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the right-of-way for Lennard Road; and
