WHEREAS the aforesaid first mortgage dated August 14,
1979 was recorded on August 15, 1979 in Official Record Book

314, Page 2024 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
I
Florida; and
WHEREAS Mortgagors have requested Mortgagee to extend
the due day of the first monthly installment until the first
r
day of February, 1980 and to extend the maturity date until
the first day of January, 2000; and
WHEREAS Mortgagee is agreeable to such extension; and
WHEREAS Mortgagors are the present owners of the above-
described lands;
NOW, 'PHEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, and the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
parties hereto agree as follow:
1. The Mortgagors represent and warrant that they are ~
the owners of the above-described lands and that there are no
liens or encumbrances on said lands (other than the above-
described mortgage) except real estate taxes accruing subse-
quent to December 31, 1978.- ~

2. The initial monthly payment of the above-described
promissory shall be due and payable on February 1, 1980 and }
s the maturity date of the aforesaid promissory note and mort-
gage is hereby extended from October 1, 1999 until January 1,

3. Except as hereby modified, all the terms and condi-
t tions of the aforementioned promissory note and mortgage are ~

hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
4. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to
x impair the security of Mortgagee under the aforementioned

5. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties
~ hereto and their successors and assigns.
