COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
TNIS AGREEMENT between RAY LEIN
(Borrower) and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),
W I T N E S S E T ti, that
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
in the principal amount of Fifty-thousand-dollars ($50,000.00)
evidenced by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan
datedSept. 27, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify certain
provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;
- NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with Lender as
follows, to-wit:
' Principal balance of $30,000.00 to be due and payable October 3,
1980; interest payable quarterly beginning Jan. 3, 1980.
~ Mortgage dated Sept. 27, 1977 recorded in O. R. Book 274 page
2847 in Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Mortgage
f recorded Sept. 27, 1977.
~ Interest rate 13.25$ per annum.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take
at~l action necessary to conform the original Note, security instruments
and other -collateral documents to the terms as horoin modified, and
~ by these presents accepts and confirms their liability under said '
Notes, security instruments and other collateral documents, with the
terms as herein modified.

; Lender as security to said Note; but acknowledges and agrees that
