Carmen Johnson, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she and her husband, Ragner C. Johnson, were the -
owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 20, 61ock 371, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 2
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 12A of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That'she and the said Ragner C. Johnson, were married
prior to February 19, 1976 and said marriage continued without interruption
until September 19, 1977, the date of his death.
Further affiant saith not.
