The undersigned, JIMMY R. DIAMOND and JEANNE MAYER DIAMOND,
his wife, hereby direct all further payments on that certain mortgage
dated July 5, 1978, payable to the undersigned, said payments to be
henceforth made to Peoples Bank and Trust Company, P. 0. Box 270,
Baxley, Georgia 31513, assignee, until further notice.
The undersigned have assigned to Peoples Bank and Trust Company
of Baxley,~Georgia, by assignment duly executed and recorded.
The undersigned consistent with the foregoing for consideration
received from assignee, do hereby grant, bargai~t, sell, assign, transfer
and set over to the Peoples Bank and Trust Company of Baxley, Georgia, that ~ ~
certain mortgage bearing the date of July 13, 1978, mortgaging Lot 14, R
Block 2, ALAMANDA VISTA, per plat Book 5, Page 49, and recorded in O.R.
Book 290, Page 811, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to9 ether

of Bakers Subdivision, Plat Book 8, Page 62, St. Lucie County, Florida.
