This cause came on for trial the 14th day of November , 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: Tl~e marriage between the al~o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
i 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOAN D. ELLIS III, aqe 1,

~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of. such further orders as may be
k proper.
4. PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is no real
or personal property to be divided.
