This cause came on -for trial the 14th day of November,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the-parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be end the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the'
~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHARLES PERRY III, age 3, and
KIMBERLY J. PERRY, age 1,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded. to Petitioner,
KATHY Y. PERRY, ~ with reasonable visitation.
rights reserved to Respondent, CHARLES PERRY, JR.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 16th day of November,
1979, Respondent shall pay weekly to
Petitioner ~ the sum of S 50.00 for the support of
the child(ren) named above. •
