Husband. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of November , 19 79
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE: Tlie marriage between the alzo~e
and the same is hereb dissolved, and the parties
named persons be Y
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ROBERT PAUL RIVAS, age 3,
minor child(ren)-of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner,
DIANE I. RIVAS.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
(
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is no real
r or personal property to be divided.
