N0. ?9-1163 FR In re: The Marriage of TRACY O'STEEN STONE, Wife an d PETER N. STONE, Husband. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE- THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the day of November, A. D. 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: -This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wifp now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretriev- ably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between TRACY O'STEEN STONE, Wife and PETER N. STONE, Husband, be, and the same is hereby ~i dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever i ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTORATION OF FORMER NAME. The Wife be, and she is hereby restored to her former name of TRACY O'STEEN. 3. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The wife is hereby awarded rehabilitative alimony in the mount of $1,500.00, payable in a lump sum by the Husband directly to the Wife. 4. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS. The Husband is hereby 3 ordered to pay to the law firm of O'LAUGHLIN & O'LAUGHLIN, attorneys for the Wife, the sum of $250.00 plus costs in the amount of $42.00; E said sum to be paid directly to the Wife'a attorneys. s ~ L.AU<3HLIN AND O LAUGHLIN.
