5. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Wife is hereby awarded owner-
ship of the 1972 Buick Skylark and the Husband is ordered to
execute any and all instruments necessary tc~ transfer title to
the Wife.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for. the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
