DISSOLUTIOISOF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 13th day of
November, 1979, upon the pleadings filed .herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that-the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MURDICE EDWARDS, Wife,
~ and EUGENE EDWARDS, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
E the parties and each of them .are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the bbligations
arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor female child, to-wit:
~ ANISHIKA EDWARDS, date of birth January 31, 1975, is hereby awarded to
the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on November 16, 1979,
the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $35.00 each and every week
~ for the support of the before-named child; said sum to continue until
such time as the child reaches majority, marries or becomes self-
supporting.
