is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 at statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the .Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of theer mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. CHANGE OF NAME. The Wife's name shall be and it is
hereby changed from MURDICE EDWARDS TO MURDICE BQ?RNES.
5. ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay
the Wife's attorney, the sum of $200.00 toward attorney's fees. Said -
sum to be paid by the Husband at a rate of $25.00 per week with a similar
payment each succeeding week until the said $200:00 is paid in full;
said sum to be paid directly to the Wife's attorney,- Osborne Walker
O'Quinn, 201 South Second Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
