PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as~personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, HARRIET CONNELLY LANGDON, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 30, 1979, and
Letters of Administration were issued to the Petitioner on
April 17, 1979
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting con-
taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the commencement of administration of this estate, or
since the date of the last periodic accounting filed herein,
if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
l
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or
E making provision for the payment of all expenses of admini-
! stration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart-
ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained
and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of
this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida
s estate taxes, if any.
S. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
Bi~ENNAN&MUSCHOTT
"L""E"` distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
