PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL respect-
fully shows:
1. MAY D. FISHER died on July 18, 1978, leaving a Last
Will and Testament in which petitioners were named as co-Personal
Representatives; an authenticated copy of said Will was admitted
to probate on March 15, 1979, and petitioners on that date qualified
as co-Personal Representatives; the petitioners deem it for the best
interest of the estate, and necessary to provide funds for cash be-
quests and payment of claims and, expenses, that the following des-
cribed property of the estate be sold:

Lot 4, Block C, TROPICAL ACRES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(Petitioners have entered into a contract for
sale dated February 5, 1979 with JUDSON A.
~ HASSELTINE and JANICE L. HASSELTINE for Two
! Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($2,250.00) Dollars

AND
Lot 19, Block B, TROPICAL ACRES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(Petitioners have entered into a contract for
sale dated April 30, 1979 with DAVID H. WAY, a
single adult, and JUDSON A. HASSELTINE and JANICE
~ L. HASSELTINE, his wife, for One Thousand Two
Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars cash.)
- 2. It will be to the best interest of the estate to
( sell said properties at private sale pursuant to the contracts-set
out above.
' 3. There are estate taxes due which have not yet been
paid, as the return has not yet been filed, but the co-Personal
