Representatives allege that they will make said payments and hold
the purchasers of said properties harmless from any liability for
same.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that an Order allowing them
to sell said properties be entered authorizing sale to be made at
private sale to each of the parties set out above for the amounts
and on the terms set out herein.
