ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for leave
to sell certain property described in the petition coming on this
day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that it is to the
best interest of the estate that .said property be sold at private
sale to the parties and under the terms set out in said petition;
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said-PHILIP DESIND and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER,
be and they are hereby authorized to sell the following described
property at private sales:
Lot 4, Block C, TROPICAL ACRES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to JUDSON A. HASSELTINE
i and JANICE L. HASSELTINE for the sum of Two Thou-
sand Two Hundred Fifty ($2,250.00) Dollars cash.

Lot 19, Block B, TROPICAL ACRES, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
~ 20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to DAVID H. WAY, a single
adult, and JUDSON A. HASSELTINE and JANICE L.
HASSELTINE, his wife, for One Thousand Two Hundred _
($1,200.00) Dollars cash.
This Order entered in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
