i i, WILLIAM H. BRADFORD, of the Village of Greenport, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being of sound mind
i
and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testa-
ment, in manner following that is to say:
FIRST: I direct that my just debts and funera 1 expenses be paid as i
i
soon after my death as may be practicable .
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real
and personal and_ wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to
VIRGINIA BRADFORD, KATHERINE BUTCHIN and PAUL BRADFORD, or the
survivor, share and share alike.
In the event all of above named persons predecease me, then
above paragraph shall he null and void, and in that event, all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal and wheresoever
situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, IRMA WOLF.
LASTLY: I hereby appoint IRVING L. PRICE, JR. , Executor of this my

! Last Will and Testament, directing that no bond be required of him in such
capacity and hereby revoking all prior wills by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed 'my name this
